INULIN is a naturally occurring fructose polymer that functions as soluble fiber in the colon. It promotes the growth of important beneficial bacteria species such as Bifidobacter and Lactobacillus within the intestines, enhancing intestinal health, and aiding in recovery after radiation, gastroenteritis, diarrhea and antibiotics.
CONTENTS: 250g pure inulin
DIRECTIONS: Take (5ml) daily or as advised by your qualified health practitioner, either stirred in a glass of water, or sprinkled on food (e.g. muesli). N.B. Excessive dosage can result in flatulence and loosening of stools.
